强脉冲光联合外用药物治疗寻常型痤疮的临床研究

STUDY ON CLINICAL EFFECTS OF COMBINATION THERAPY OF INTENSE PULSED LIGHT(IPL) AND BASIC TOPICAL SOLUTION TREATMENT FOR ACNE VULGARIS

目的观察强脉冲光联合外用药物治疗轻、中度寻常型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法 250例寻常性痤疮患者随机分为2组:A组为单一常规外用药物治疗组;B组为单一常规外用药物治疗+强脉冲光治疗组。分别记录两组患者治疗前及治疗后2、4、6周丘疹、脓疱的皮损数量,并观察皮损消退的情况及不良反应。结果 2组痤疮患者接受治疗6周后,B组的基本痊愈率为63.2%(79/125)、显效率为25.6%(32/125)、中效率为11.2%(14/125),高于A组患者的基本痊愈率49.6%(62/125),显效率19.2%(24/125),中效率31.2%(39/125),(p=0.01)。结论脉冲光对轻、中度痤疮有很好的辅助治疗作用,是一种可选择用于治疗轻中度痤疮的安全、有效的联合治疗方法。

Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical effects and safety of combination therapy of Intense Pulsed Light（IPL） and basic topical solution treatment for mild to moderate acne vulgaris.Methods 250 mild to moderate acne vulgaris patients was randomly separated into two groups： basic topical solution treatment（group A）,and basic topical solution combined with IPL treatment（group B）.The papule / pustule amount and adverse reaction was valued before and after treatment.Results After 6-week basic topical solution combined with IPL treatment（group B）,63.2% patients was cured and another 25.6% was improved obviously.This cured rate and improving rate was higher than group A（49.6% and19.2%）.No adverse reaction was reported during the research trail excepted transient irritation.Conclusion IPL combination therapy was considered as an effective and safety therapy for mild to moderate acne vulgaris.
