间接喉镜在困难气管插管中的辅助应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察间接喉镜在困难气管插管中辅助直接喉镜气管插管的优势。方法将40例术前评估气管插管困难的全麻病人分成两组,Ⅰ组用普通直接喉镜插管;Ⅱ组用间接喉镜辅助直接喉镜插管;如果两组病人经过在三次插管失败后或10分钟内未能完成插管者,均由纤支镜完成。结果Ⅰ组采用直接喉镜暴露声门时声门显露均为3级;而Ⅱ组用直接喉镜暴露声门时,声门显露均为3级或4级;辅助间接喉镜时都能通过间接喉镜镜面看到声门;其中Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组中一次性完成插管的例数有明显的差别p<0.05。结论在困难气管插管中,辅助间接喉镜插管比单纯用直接喉镜插管更有优势。
