磷酸铝凝胶联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨磷酸铝凝胶联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果。方法 100例腹泻患儿被随机分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组加用布拉氏酵母菌治疗,实验组加用磷酸铝凝胶联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗。结果两组总有效率、显效率和症状改善时间等方面均有显著性差异。实验组临床效果显著优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论在基础治疗的基础上,对腹泻患儿采用磷酸铝凝胶和布拉氏酵母菌联合治疗,能显著提高疗效,可缩短腹泻的病程,值得在临床上应用和推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Aluminium Phosphate Gel combined with Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets in treatment of children with autumn diarrhea.Methods 100 cases of children with diarrhea were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 50) and control group(n = 50).Both groups were given basement therapy,control group was added with treatment of Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets,and experimental group was added with treatment of Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets combined with Aluminium Phosphate Gel.The total effective rate,cure rate and improvable time in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group(p 0.05).Results On base of basic treatment,Aluminium Phosphate Gel combined with Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets used in treatment of children with autumn diarrhea,can enhance clinical effect and reduce the recovery time,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.Conclusion Basement combined with Aluminium Phosphate Gel and Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets used for treatment of children with autumn diarrhea,can significantly enhance clinical effect and reduce complications,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
