EB病毒三项检测试剂盒(VCA-IgA、EA-IgG、NA1-IgA)联合检测在鼻咽癌诊断中的临床意义

CLINICAL VALUE OF TRIPLE TEST(VCA-IGA,EA-IGG、NA1-IGA)IN SEROLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

目的评价VCA-IgA,NA1-IgA,EA-IgG三种标志物单独及联合检测对鼻咽癌诊断的价值。方法采用ELISA法检测病理组织学诊断确认的169份鼻咽癌患者血清样本和86份健康人血清样本,对比单独及联合检测的灵敏度和特异性。结果单独检测一种标志物时,灵敏度分别为81.1%(NA1-IgA),79.5%(EA-IgG),64.4%(VCA-IgA);特异性则分别为89.8%(NA1-IgA),98.9%(EA-IgG),86.0%(VCA-IgA)。进行EA-IgG、NA1-IgA两种标志物联合检测时,灵敏度可以达到95.3%,特异性为98.9%。EA-IgG、VCA-IgA、NA1-IgA三种标志物联合检测,灵敏度提高至98.6%,特异性98.9%。结论VCA-IgA,NA1-IgA和EA-IgG联合检测用于鼻咽癌诊断优于任何单一或者两项联合检测,具有较高的临床应用价值。

To evaluate the clinical value of triple and single test in serological diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the serum antibody against VCA-IgA,NA1-IgA,EA-IgG of 169 patients with NPC and 86 healthy people were detected by ELISA.The result showed that the sensitivities of NA1-IgA,EA-IgG and VCA-IgA were 81.1%,79.5% and 64.4% respectively,and the specificity of NA1-IgA,EA-IgG and VCA-IgA were 89.8%,98.9% and 86.0%.The combination of EA-IgG and NA1-IgA could enhance the sensitivity to 95.3%,and the specificity to 98.9%.When combined the EA-IgG,VCA-IgA and NA1-IgA,the sensitivity reached to 98.6% and the specificity reached 98.9%.It is demonstrated that the detection of VCA-IgA,NA1-IgA and EA-IgG is better than any single test or 2 joint detection,therefore it has high value in clinical application.
