机械通气患者实施VAP护理集束干预的效果

EFFECT ON NURSING CARE OF VAP CLUSTER INTERVENTION IN TREATING PATIENTS WITH MECHANICAL VENTILATION

目的研究重症监护室(ICU)集束化护理策略在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)中的效果,探讨预防VAP更有效的护理方法。方法我院ICU 2010年1月-12月收治的128例行机械辅助通气治疗的患者,随机分为集束化护理组(观察组,60例)和常规护理组(对照组,68)例),以机械通气时间、住ICU时间、VAP发生率、病死率为观察指标,分析集束化护理对呼吸机辅助通气患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者机械通气时间、住ICU时间、VAP发生率、病死率均低于对照组,VAP发生率两组比较,经统计学分析,p<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论集束化护理策略较常规的护理方法临床护理效果更佳,对预防VAP有重要的意义。

Objective To study in intensive care unit（ICU） cluster of nursing care strategies in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP） results,explore VAP prevention more effective of care. Methods ICU January 2010 December admitted in our hospital routine mechanical assisted ventilation in the treatment of 128 patients,randomly divided into cluster group（Observer Group,60 cases） and the usual care group（the control group,68 case） to mechanical ventilation time,ICU,VAP rate,case fatality ratio,outcome measures,analysis of cluster of nursing on nursing care of patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation. Results observation group time,ICU,mechanical ventilation in patients with VAP rate,case fatality rates are lower than the control group,VAP rate two group comparisons,statistical analysis,P0.05,statistically significant differences. Conclusion of coherent conservation strategy of the more general clinical nursing care better,to prevent VAP have important meaning.
