摘要
本文以蒲城县永丰镇乡镇企业的调查为基础,分析了秦东地区乡镇企业的发展现状和所存在的问题。认为秦东地区乡镇企业发展中所要解决的关键问题是积极推行股份制和治理外部环境。
The present paper presents a survey of township enterprises in Yongfeng,Weinan and analyses the problems which enterprises in eastern Shaanxi are facing.The authors believe the crucial matter in this area is practicing share system and neatening the external surroundings.
