摘要
目的探讨护理干预在抗生素盆腔置管灌注结合理疗治疗盆腔炎中的作用。方法将符合标准的100例患者随机分为实验组(50例)和对照组(50例),两组均采用抗生素盆腔置管灌注结合理疗治疗。实验组采用规范化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。结果实验组总有效率94.0%,对照组为86.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论规范化护理干预能提高抗生素盆腔置管灌注结合理疗治疗盆腔炎的疗效,应在临床上推广应用。
ObjectiveThe aim of the study was explore the effects of intervention used in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease by catheter irrigation. Methods 100 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into experimental group（n=50） and control group（n=50）.Two groups were given the same therapy,the standard care was used for the experimental group and the routine care was used for control group. Results The total effective rate in experimental group（94.0%） was significantly better than that in control group（86.0%）（p0.05）. Conclusion Standard nursing used in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease by catheter irrigation,can significantly enhance the clinical effect,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
