摘要
新课程实施以来,国家对课程实施的监控乏力,教学与课程标准相背离,课程标准的实施情况堪忧。引入质性评价,是回归国家基础教育质量监控的本义。在对课程标准细化分解的基础上,实施基于课程标准的教学。实行评价应先于教学和评价的时时反馈,用宽广的评价内容与方式进行历时空的基础教育教学质量监控,以此达到基础教育教学质量监控质与量的完美结合。
Since the introduction of new curricula, nation to curriculum implementation is unsupervised and teaching deviate from the curriculum standards, so curriculum standard implementation is worrying. Introducing the Qualitative evaluation to catch the original meaning of nation supervision to teaching quality of foundation education, and carrying out teaching based on currieulum standards with analyzing the curriculum standards. Evaluation must carry out with broad content and means before teaching and feedback at any moment to achieve best quality of nation supervision to teaching quality of foundation education.
