摘要
德国高校应用型法律人才培养模式是一种学术教育与职业教育相结合的双轨制,重视基本素质与职业技能的人才规格养成,强化人才选拔与人才培养紧密相结合的国家资格考试。这些经验为我国高校应用型法律人才培养的改革和完善提供一些思考与启示。
The training mode of the applied legal Talents in German college is the ＂Double-track＂ of combination academic education and vocational, paying great attention to talent specifications forming of the basic quality and professional skill, strengthening the National Qualification Examination for talents selection and talents training. These experiences provide some enlightenment for our colleges training applied legal Talents.
