地方综合性大学师范生专业技能训练模式的构建与实践

The Building and Practice of the Mode of Professional Skill Training of Normal School Students in Local Universities

专业技能是教师教育专业性的突出体现,它的强弱将直接影响到师范生教育教学实践能力的高低、高校专业人才培养的质量和学生就业竞争力的强弱。地方综合性大学中的师范教育普遍存在着"学术性"与"师范性"的失衡,在师范生专业技能的培养上较为薄弱。本文对此类高校在师范生专业技能训练中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了构建师范生专业技能训练模式的基本原则,并对训练模式的实施提出了意见与建议。

Professional skills are an important characteristic of the professionalism of teacher training.Its quality has a great influence on the training of normal school students and the quality of students trained in universities.Local universities are not good at the training of normal school students.This paper makes an analysis of the problems in the training of professional skills of normal school studens,puts forward the basic principles of training mode of profssional skills and offers suggestions for the implementing of the training mode.
