摘要
儒家讲性善 ,法家讲性恶。性善性恶把儒法两家的教育思想从内容到形式区别开来 ,同时也把儒法两家教育思想的矛盾联系起来 ,正是这种区别和联系使儒法两家在教育途径、教育内容、教材、教育方法以及教师的选择上都有所不同。从而构建了不同的教育理论体系 ,为封建道德教育取得成效提供了可能性 (性善 )和必要性 (性恶 ) ,奠定了中国古代教育思想的人性论基础 。
The Confucianists advocates the theory of original goodness of human nature while the Legalists emphasizes the theory of original evil of human nature. Based on this difference, the Confucianists' and the Legalists' educational thoughts differ from each other in terms of educational methods, educational contents, educational materials and the selection of educators. The two educational thoughts have constructed two different systems of educational theory, laid a foundation for the theory of human nature in ancient Chinese educational theory and exerted a profound and far\|reaching influence on the development of educational theory.
