Xinjiang Women Association is a social group established in the period of Sheng Shicai,its foundation made Xinjiang women get their own organization for the first time.Xinjiang Women Association played an important role in advocating equality between men and women,promoting women＇s liberation,improving their political status and cultural level.It promoted the rise of the women＇s movement and had a great influence on Xinjiang.
