摘要
图式是人类认识世界的基本方法,是人类认知的基础。然文化翻译过程中,文化文本的共性和异质性使得文化图式的重合现象和缺省现象经常出现。新疆特色饮食文化的翻译即是如此。在处理饮食文化图式的翻译时,应当尽量以源语文化为导向,以实现源语文化图式在目标语中的恰当移植,最大限度地维护源语文化特色。
Schema is the basic imaging in human's brain for people to recognize the nature and now it has become an approach to apprehend a new thing.In cultural translation,there always appear the cultural schema overlapping or cultural schema default due to the commonness or the heterogeneity of cultures reflected in the translation texts with different cultural elements,and the translation of food with Xinjiang dietetic culture is such a case.The author proposes in the paper that the translator,in dealing with such texts,should exert efforts to use source cultural images in the versions of target language,e.g.attempting to transplant source cultural images into the foreign culture and maintain the source cultural traits within a maximum limit.
