摘要
目的观察穴位注射配合中药治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为穴位注射配合中药治疗组(44例)和西药对照组(28例)。结果穴位注射配合中药组总有效率为97.73%(43/44),明显优于西药组的78.57%(22/28),2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射配合中药治疗过敏性鼻炎有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinica therapeutic effect of acupoint-injection therapy combined with Chinese medicine for treatment of allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into an acupoint-injection therapy combined with Chinese medicine group （44 cases） and a western medicine group （28 cases）. Results The total effective rates was 97.73% （43/44） in the acupoint-injection therapy combined with Chinese medicine group which was better than that of 78.57% （22/28） in the western medicine group, the two groups have significant difference in the total effective rates （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It has a good clinical effect that acupoint-injection therapy combined with Chinese medicine for treatment of AR.
