摘要
目的建立白药膏的质量标准。方法采用化学反应法鉴别制剂中的钙盐和硫酸盐;采用络合滴定法检验制剂中的主药煅石膏中硫酸钙(CaSO4)的含量。结果含量测定方法专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;方法重复性好,RSD为0.71%(n=6);平均回收率为99.59%,RSD为0.62%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,可用于白药膏的质量控制。
Object To establish the quality standard of Baiyao Ointment. Method The calcium ion and the sulfate ion were identified by chemical reation; Calcium sulfate in Gypsum Ustum which was the main component of Baiyao Ointment was measured by complexometric titration. Result The method of determination of content were distinctive, specific and good repeatability with RSD of 0.71% （n=6）. There was no interference in the negative control. The average recovery was 99.59% with RSD of 0.62% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Baiyao Ointment.
