五福心脑清软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛伴高血脂55例

Clinical Observation of Wufuxinnaoqing Capsule on the Treatment of Angina Due to Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperlipemia

目的研究五福心脑清软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛伴高血脂的临床效果。方法选择明确诊断的冠心病心绞痛伴高血脂110例,随机分为2组。2组常规予西药抗心绞痛治疗,治疗组加用五福心脑清软胶囊。4周后进行心绞痛、心电图、血脂的疗效评价。结果治疗组中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、血脂改善情况与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论五福心脑清软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛伴高血脂疗效显著,安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of wufuxinnaoqing capsule in treating angina due to coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia. Method 110 patientswith angina due to coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia were randomly divided into the control group （55 cases） and the treatment group （55 cases）. Patients in treatment group group were treated with routine regimen and wufuxinnaoqing capsule; patients in control group were treated with routine regimen. Indicators of the clinical manifestation of angina pectoris, myocardial ischemia judged by electrocardiogram, blood lipids were observed.Symptom of angina, electrocardiogram and blood lipid were evaluated after 4 weeks. Result The treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving angina, improving electrocardiogram and blood lipid （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Wufuxinnaoqing capsule has significant effect with little side in treating angina due to coronary heart disease and improving blood-lipid, it is worthy of application.
