复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Chronic Eczema Treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment

目的观察复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法将89例患者随机分为2组,治疗组45例,外用复方氟米松软膏,对照组44例,外用冰黄肤乐软膏;2组均治疗2周。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为91.11%和72.72%(χ2=5.10,P<0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效优于冰黄肤乐软膏。

Objective To observe the effect of compound Flumetasone Ointment in treating chronic eczema patients. Methods 89 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 45 cases, topical compound Fiumetasone Ointment, control group 44 cases, topical ice cream of Binghuangfule; two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Results The treatment group and the effective rate were 91.11% and 72.72% （X^2= 5.10, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound Flumetasone Ointment in treating chronic eczema of the superior efficacy of ice cream of binghuangfule.
