Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is t＇he eternal theme of education. With the rapid expansion of higher education, promoting connotation development and teaching quality becomes the main task for a period. Faced with the plight of competency-based instructing, some countermeasures like appropriate teaching by breakin~ constraint of system and resources distribution are put forward.
