老年苯二氮卓类药物依赖患者生活质量对照研究

A control study of the quality of life in senile patients with benzodiazepine dependence

目的探讨老年苯二氮卓类药物依赖患者的生活质量及相关影响因素。方法选取2010年1月—2011年3月符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》抗焦虑药所致依赖综合征诊断标准的76例老年苯二氮卓类药物依赖患者为观察组,同期选取76名健康人为对照组,对两组进行生活质量综合评定问卷测评。结果观察组在生活质量综合评定问卷总分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能维度得分[分别为(228.49±23.16)分、(44.36±8.23)分、(50.55±8.69)分、(56.92±8.97)分]显著低于对照组[分别为(261.27±24.58)分、(61.27±7.89)分、(65.28±7.27)分、(67.21±9.23)分],且差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),物质生活维度得分两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年苯二氮卓类药物依赖患者生活质量明显下降,需进行药物、心理综合干预。

Objective To explore the quality of life in senile patients with benzodiazepine dependence and its related factors. Methods From January 2010 to March 2011 seventy-six senile patients with benzodiazepine dependence were enrolled into the observation group,who met the diagnostic criteria for anti-anxiety drug dependence syndrome （CCMD-3）.Seventy-six healthy subjects were the controls.Results In the observation group,the total score and the score of physical function,psychological function and social function were（228.49 ± 23.16）, （44.36 ± 8.23 ）,（ 50.55± 8.69 ）and （56.92 ±8.97 ） respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the controls. And significant difference was found in both groups （all P〈0.05 ）.Material Life dimension difference was not statistically significant（P〉 0.05 ）.Conehlsion The senile patients with benzodiazepine dependence had a declined quality of life and should be given a combined therapy of medication mad psychological interventions.
