加快发展贵州高等教育 迎接西部大开发

Quickening the Development of Guizhou's Higher Education, Meeting, the Dynamical Exploitation of West China

为迎接西部大开发 ,贵州高等教育必须加快发展。首先要确立适应社会经济发展的新的教育观念 (功能观、发展观、产业观、改革观、质量观、人才观 ) ;其次要创造性地把素质教育落到实处 ;第三要大幅度提高高校规模效益 。

To meet the strategy of greatly developing west part of China , higher education in Guizhou must accelerate its development. Firstly, the new educational concepts must be set up which should be suitable to social and economic development such as the concepts of capability, development, industrial, reform, caliber, elite, etc. Secondly, the caliber education must be inventively put into practice. Thirdly, the large-scale profit of universities must be enhanced by raising a good quantity of high-caliber labors and elite.
