全球化下欧美工会与政府合作模式的发展

The Development of Cooperation Mode between Trade Unions and Government in European and American Countries under the Globalization

欧美工会运动的历史悠久,一直以来工会都在欧美国家中占据重要的地位。欧美工会与政府政党的关系也相当密切,多数欧美国家的工会利益与政府决策政党选举都有着利益上的交往。在全球化对工会的冲击影响下,欧美国家的工会在与政府之间存在互处的模式也有所变迁。故笔者从全球化的角度出发,探讨全球化背景下欧美工会对政府决策的影响,从而为新时期工会的发展与政府决策的公共导向模式提供一定的参考价值。

European and American trade union movements have a long history and the trade unions,playing a significant role in European and American countries,are closely related with government and party,namely,the trade unions in most European and American countries have financial interaction with the governmental decision and the party election.With the impact of globalization on the trade unions,however,some changes have occurred in the relationship between trade unions and governments in European and American countries.Therefore,the thesis,from the perspective of globalization,discusses the European and American trade unions＇ influences on the governmental decision under the globalization,and it is expected to provide new insights into the development of the trade union and the public-oriented model of governmental decision in the new era.
