摘要
由于器官捐赠立法缺位以及传统文化对人体器官捐赠的排斥,导致我国供体较少。本文从我国面临的现实出发,对我国器官捐赠现状和法律规制现状进行思考,并对器官捐赠立法所坚持的法律原则以及其他相关的重要问题进行了探讨。
The less dontion of organ in China is caused by organ donation legislation vacancy and traditional culture in the rejection of human organ donation.From China＇s reality,facing the present situation of China＇s organ donation and laws and regulations to ponder,the paper discusses current legislative organ donors principle of law and other related important issues.
