农村寄宿制小学存在的问题及对策分析——以甘肃省某县为例

Analysis of the Existing Problems in Boarding of Rural Primary Schools and the Countermeasures——Taking a County of Gansu Province as Example

农村地区寄宿制工程是提高农村地区义务教育质量的重要举措之一。本研究采用访谈法和观察法对甘肃省某县5所农村寄宿制小学展开了调研,从调研结果可以看出寄宿制在推进农村优质教育资源的整合和教育均衡推进等方面都起到了很大作用,但由于该县农村寄宿制学校建设的特殊情况,导致了诸如学生安全、营养、心理等问题的产生,违背了寄宿制建设的良好初衷,制约了农村教育水平的发展。研究通过阐述这些问题以寻找解决的对策。

The projeet of boarding in rural area is an important measure for improving quality of compulsory education in rural. Taking five village primary schools of a county in Gansu Province as example, the research adopts interviews and ob- servation as main methods to investigate. Investigation results show that boarding plays an important role in integrating excellent resources of education and in improving balanced development. However, because of special reasons about con- struction of rural boarding in this county, some problems are caused such as safety of the students, nutrition, mental and so on. These problems violate the nice desire and restrict the development of rural educational level. The investigation finds out the countermeasures through expounding the problems.
