党的权威与法律权威论析

On the Authority of Party and Law

党的权威和法律权威都是建设有中国特色社会主义的必然要求和根本保障。从本质上讲 ,党的权威和法律权威是一致的 ,是相辅相成、辩证统一的关系。但在实践中 ,党的权威和法律权威产生了一定的矛盾冲突 ,并都出现了不同程度的弱化和缺失现象 ,亟待加强。为此 ,必须继续推进政治体制改革 ,大力加强党的自身建设和改革 ,加强法制建设 。

Both the authority of the Party and the authority of law are necessary conditions and fundamental guarantees for the socialist construction of Chinese characteristics.In essence,they are unanimous to cooperate with each other as a dialectious unity.But in practice,there are some contradictions between them,which will cause weakened and lacked authority at both ends. there fore more effort is in urgent need to carry forward the reform of the political system,to strengthen the construction of law and the self construction and reform of the Party,and then to uphold and strengthen the authority of the Party and law.
