Research on Operation Mechanism of Work-study based Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges from Ecosystem Theory Perspective

工学结合人才培养运行机制反映了工学结合人才培养过程中其构成要素相互联系与作用的方式、途径、原理和运行状态,是工学结合人才培养质量的重要保障。就此以生态系统理论为指导,分析高职院校工学结合人才培养系统中存在的问题,并就工学结合人才培养运行机制的建立提出对策和建议。

The operation mechanism based on work-study talent cultivation mode reflects the way, principle and operation status of its elements relating and functioning in the course of talent training. It is also an important guarantee for the quality of talent cultivation. On the basis of the ecosystem theory, this article analyses the existing problems in talent cultivation system, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on establishing the operation mechanism for work-study based talent cultivation.
