韩琦是北宋时期重要大臣，他曾拥立英宗、神宗两代君主，为北宋政局稳定起到了关键作用。

Han Qi was an important minister in nothem Song Dynasty. He had ever assisted two emperors of hong Dynasty - Ying Zong and Shen Zong in goverming the country. He had comtributed much to the stability of the political situation of the time.
