Knowledge total of society contain all knowledge of the human beings life and it is the very important method to improve the national qualities and cohesion. Knowledge total of society is showing a tendency to increase progressively; at the same time, knowledge total of society, national qualities and national cohesion are in direct proportion to each other, cutlural and educational work is the main method to increase knowge total of society. As an escalation stage culture and education have always been playing an important role in historry, and improving the social development and the process of national history.
