股前外侧皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的护理

Nursing Care of Repairing Oral and Maxillofacial Defects with Anterolateral Thigh Flaps

目的探讨股前外侧皮瓣用于修复口腔颌面部缺损的护理方法。方法对2011年8月-12月行手术治疗的42例口腔颌面部缺损患者使用股前外侧皮瓣修复,重点加强皮瓣血运的观察和血管危象的处理。结果 39例皮瓣成活,1例皮瓣坏死;2例出现血管危象,经积极抢救后成活。结论股前外侧皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损术后加强皮瓣血运的观察和血管危象的处理对保证皮瓣成活至关重要。

Objective To discuss the nursing methods of anterolateral thigh flaps used for repairing oral and maxillofacial defects. Methods Anterolateral thigh flaps were used to repair oral and maxillofacial defects for 42patients between August and December 2011. We enhanced the observation of the anterolateral thigh flaps circulation and management of the vascular crisis. Results Thirty-nine cases of flaps survived, one case had necrosis, two showedvascular crisis and survived after rescue. Conclusion Enhancing the observation of anterolateral thigh flaps circulation and management of vascular crisis plays an important part in guaranteeing the survival of the flaps used for repairing patients＇oral and maxillofacial defects.
