本文探讨了我国明朝《官刑》和《吏律》的特点、施行过程和影响,进而分析了明朝初年统治者虽极重视吏治。

This article sets out to study the characteristics of China Ming Dynasty(1368-1644)'s two laws for government officials_Official Criminal Law and Official Law,their administration & their effects.It is pointed out that during the early years of Ming Dynasty,the rulers attached great importance to its government administration.It is also noted that in MingDynasty,though there were the two laws disciplining the offcials important or less,under the centralized feudal monarchy,government corruption had not been and could not be effectively controlled.
