人免疫缺陷病毒感染／获得性免疫缺陷综合征相关Burkitt淋巴瘤二例

摘要
例1女，52岁，已婚。因“胸闷、呼吸困难伴右颈多发淋巴结肿大1个月余”于2010年11月入院。患者2年前因扁桃体肿大行扁桃体摘除术，本次入院半年前人免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）检测阳性，3个月后经X线胸片及痰液病原学检查诊断为肺孢子虫肺炎而确诊为艾滋病患者。
