有弥漫丛栅状结构的高度富细胞子宫平滑肌瘤一例

摘要患者女，63岁。因阴道口肿物增大并脱出半年就诊。妇科检查：子宫脱垂Ⅱ度，子宫多发性平滑肌瘤，阴道前后壁膨出。B超检查提示子宫脱垂伴子宫多发性平滑肌瘤，子宫前壁有一囊实性肿块（可能为子宫肌瘤液化），遂于2011年2月15日收入院行全子宫切除术。
