试析新中国历部宪法的民族原则

The principles for nationalities shown in all the constitutions of New China

本文对新中国成立后历部宪法中的民族原则进行了较为系统的阐述和比较。文章认为,新中国的民族法制建设,随着历部宪法中民族原则的增删。

In a systematic way this thesis expounds and compares the national priciples in the four constitutions of P.R.China.In the thesis the author considers that a tortuous course has been gone through in new Chinas national legal system construction along with national principles additions and deletions.
