摘要
为了解广东地区猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎(AR)的流行情况,本研究采用细菌分离、鼻甲骨组织形态学测定(TPR值)等方法,对广东各区14个规模在500头母猪的养猪场随机抽样进行AR的流行病学调查。试验统计数据显示,调查的14个猪场均存在AR,平均发病率为58.58%,平均支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bb)感染率为46.74%;抽样猪场中猪的萎缩指数平均数为1.286,萎缩指数标准差为1.871。结果表明,AR在广东省广泛流行,Bb感染率高。
Swine infectious atrophic rhinitis （AR） is caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica and Pasteurella multocida as an opporttmistic pathogen. To investigate the epidemic situation of AR in Guangdong province, affected pig samples of nose swabs and turbinate transverse sections were randomly collected from 14 pig farms with more than 500 sows in each pig farm and subjected to the experimental and clinical examination by using of bacterial isolation, measuring of the turbinate perimeter ratio （TPR） and other diagnostic methods in this study. The result showed that the rate of epidemic of the AR was 100% in the surveyed farms. The average infection rate of AR was 50.7%, the average atrophic exponent was 1.286 and the standard deviation was 1.871. The present study suggested that AR is widely epidemic in Guangdong province.
