猪亲水性肺表面活性蛋白及其天然免疫机制

摘要 目前,猪呼吸系统疾病已成为制约养殖业生产的主要问题,尤以肺部病变在病原菌参与下对动物健康造成不可逆转的危害为主。使用疫苗能够建立起机体的特异性免疫反应,但抗体的产生需要一定的时间,在机体的特异性免疫反应建立之前,一旦病原体侵入,机体将陷入困境;药物对呼吸系统疾病的疗效相对低下,长期使用容易引起抗生素滥用和病原微生物变异,不仅疫病控制更加困难,还造成养殖成本增加和畜产品药物残留。因此,从机体的非特异性免疫反应出发,寻找与猪呼吸系统天然免疫防御功能有关的基因,并进而研究其功能,是降低呼吸系统疾病危害的重要途径【1]。
