强迫症静息态功能磁共振成像的研究进展

摘要 强迫症(obsessive-compulsive disorder.OCD)是一种慢性、具有遗传特性的神经症,年患病率约0.8%,终身患病率为1%-2%。OCD的特征表现为强迫观念或强迫行为.患者会有反复侵入的无意义想法、冲动以及重复行为.以缓解强迫观念带来的压力。OCD常常使患者的社会功能下降.并可最终导致患者出现致残性神经精神问题.使其生活质量受到严重影响。
