玄神活血消肿液治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Xuanshen HuoxueXiaozhong Decoction for Treating Acute Soft Tissue Injury

目的:观察玄神活血消肿液治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将106例(实际完成97例)急性闭合性软组织损伤患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用玄神活血消肿液中药煎剂口服,对照组口服安慰剂,均连续服用7d。对比观察2组病人的消肿、镇痛、功能恢复的情况。结果:治疗组患者压痛、肿胀、功能障碍改善明显,优于对照组(P<0.05),而在改善患者疼痛症状方面,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗急性软组织损伤有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玄神活血消肿液能够有效改善急性软组织损伤患者的疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能障碍等临床症状和体征,具有确切的消肿、止痛、促进软组织功能恢复的作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xuanshen HuoxueXiaozhong decoction （XSD） for treating the acute soft tissue injury （ASTI）. Methods： All 106 cases （97cases were completed in fact） who suffered acute closed soft tissue in- jury were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was provided with XSD, while the control group was provided with placebo. They were given for 7 days, and then the changes of pain, tenderness, swelling, and functional dis- order of the injury part were observed. Results：The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than the control group in the aspect of tenderness, swelling, and functional disorder （P〈0.05）. There was no difference in the aspect of relieving pain （P〉0.05）. The clinical effect in the treatment group was superiority than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XSD can relieve the clinical symptoms and signs effectively, such as acute pain, swelling, tenderness, and functional disor- der of the patient of ASTI and promoting the functional recovery of soft tissue.
