刃针结合关节灌洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Knee Osteoarthritis treated with Knife Needle Combined with Joint Irrigation

目的:通过对照研究,观察刃针结合关节灌洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将180例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例,治疗组运用刃针结合关节灌洗治疗,对照组予普通针刺治疗,观察治疗前后2组Tegner评分与临床疗效。结果:2组治疗均可减轻疼痛,改善患膝关节功能,同治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间对比,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:刃针结合关节灌洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效较好。

Objective：To ohserve the clinical efficacy of knife needle combined with joint irrigation in the treatment of osteo- arthritis through a comparative study. Methods： One hundred and eighty patients with kneeosteoarthritis were divided into treatment group （90 cases treated with knife needle combined with joint irrigation） and control group （90 cases treated with routine acupuncture）. All patients were followed up for 3 months. Tegner score and clinical curative effect of the lwo groups before and after treatment were observed, Results： Treatments in both groups lessened the pain and improved knee function, indicating statistically significant difference compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）. The effects were better in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of knife needle combined with joint irrigation is effective for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
