手术治疗肘关节“恐怖三联征”7例 被引量：2

摘要 1996年，Hotchkiss首次将肘关节后脱位伴桡骨头和尺骨冠突骨折命名为“恐怖三联征”。肘关节三联征多发生于年轻人，是肘部严重的高能量创伤，由施加于上肢伸展位的纵轴方向压缩和剪切暴力引起，属于复杂肘关节骨折脱位的一种，高处坠落和车祸是常见原因。2006年1月-2010年10月作者共收治7例肘关节“恐怖三联征”患者，均采用手术治疗，效果良好。现报告如下。
