LISS内固定治疗全膝置换术后假体周围骨折10例 被引量:1

摘要 全膝关节置换术后假体周围骨折是指假体周围的股骨髁上,髌骨及胫骨髁部的骨折。临床上比较常见的是股骨髁上骨折。不同部位的骨折应采用相应的治疗方案。笔者从2003年7月-2009年12月采用有限切开复位,LISS内固定的方法治疗KimIB型全膝关节置换术后假体周围骨折10例.取得较好结果,现报告如下。
