补体与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病 被引量:3

摘要 免疫与炎症反应被认为在动脉粥样硬化与动脉瘤中起决定性作用。大量临床研究证实,补体作为介导炎症反应和免疫应答的媒介可能在动脉瘤和动脉粥样硬化中起决定性作用。近来,包括我们和其他人的大量实验研究均证实,补体和补体激活的最终产物——膜攻击复合物(membrane attack complex,MAC)在动脉粥样硬化与动脉瘤的发病机制中起重要作用口。本文主要对补体在动脉粥样硬化与动脉瘤发病机制中的作用的最新研究进展进行阐述。
