This article analyzes the application background,principle and practical significance of current mainstream intelligent anti-counterfeiting seal,and points out its shortcomings.On the basis of it,the article proposes an application solution of seal management for both paper and electronic documents,gives its system architecture,and introduces the application of some related key technologies such as USB Key,digital signature and etc.
