Cooperative learning is a widely used instructional theory and strategic system in many countries in the world.In colleges and universities,successful implementation of cooperative learning in college English teaching can better encourage students to be active in the classroom activities,cultivate their practice of English and create a good environment of acquiring language acquisition and internalization.Meanwhile,cooperative learning can develop the students’ communicative competence and their team spirit.
