长期以来大学生思想政治教育多注重显性的方式,而隐性思想政治教育的研究与运用相对不足。因此,应全面了解隐性思想政治教育的内涵与重要性,加强教师队伍建设,加强校园环境建设,加强校园网络建设,充分发挥隐性思想政治教育的育人作用。

For a long time,the ideological and political education focuses on the explicit pattern,and the research and application of the hidden ideological and political education are relatively not enough.Therefore,we should fully understand the connotation and significance of hidden ideological and political education,strengthen the building of teaching staff and the construction of campus environment and campus network,and give full play to the role of cultivating people of the hidden ideological and political education.
