马克思主义理论教育是高校党建工作的基础。针对当前我国高校发展教师党员工作中存在的问题,应进一步加强马克思主义理论教育,提高认识,制订措施,改革教育的相关内容与方法等,不断提高马克思主义理论教育的针对性与实效性。

Marxism theory education is the foundation of the Party development in colleges and universities.Aiming at the problems in the development work of teacher Party members in colleges and universities,the paper puts forwards to further strengthen Marxism theory education,deepen the understanding,formulate measures,innovate the contents and methods of education to constantly improve pertinence and effectiveness of Marxism theory education.
