The professional abilities of college counselors will influence directly on the guidance working effectiveness of college students’ learning,living,thinking,mentality and employment.We must strengthen the construction of college counselors’ professional abilities,continuously promote their basic qualifications centered on political discernment and cultivate their comprehensive qualities cored by innovative power and improve their health and psychological quality focused on their mental health guided by the scientific development concept.
