摘要
根据劳动者对企业劳动关系和谐程度的感受和评价,我国劳动关系还存在着一些不和谐的因素,在休息休假、工资、员工参与决策、劳动者组织等对劳动关系呈现显著性影响。休息休假是影响劳动关系和谐的基本因素,工资问题是影响劳动关系和谐的关键因素,企业决策权是影响劳动关系的激励因素,劳动者组织是影响劳动关系的结构性因素,构建和谐的企业劳动关系,需要从政府、劳动者、企业、社会各方面共同努力。
According to employee' s evaluation of corporate labor relations, there are some inharmonious factors in labor relations, such as holidays or vacations, wages, participations into decision -making, labor organization and others. Holiday and vacation is the basic factor of building up harmonious labor relations. Wage is the key factor. The right to co - determination is the stimulation factor. Labor organization is the structural factor. In order to build up harmonious labor relations in corporate, the government, employees, corporate and other parties should make efforts together.
