摘要
集体协商是市场经济国家协调劳动关系的通行做法,我国实践中推动企业建立集体协商机制已经取得了重要进展,但也面临着诸多问题,如何从更高层次制定规则,规范集体协商行为,是当前我国推进集体协商深入发展面临的一个重大立法问题。中国集体合同立法应该尽快提上国家立法日程。
Collective consultation is a common practice of adjusting labor relations in marketing economic countries. In China, we have made considerable progress of setting up the mechanism of collective consultation in enterprises. However, how to regulate collective consultation at higher levels is an important legislation problem. The national legislation on eollective agreement should be put on the agenda of national legislation.
