The development of Internet technology has provided people with a platform where they can par- ticipate in politics and release their opinions. It plays a positive role in promoting the realization of justiee, democratic decision making, democratic supervision and the increase of political participation. Internet de- mocracy has accelerated China＇s democratic process. Researches on the ways and measures through which it promotes China＇s democratic process is helpful for domestic democratic construction.
