我国城乡卫生医疗服务的公平性研究

Fairness of Health and Medical Services in Chinese Urban and Rural Area

改革开放三十年来,我国的医疗卫生体制历经多次改革,取得一些进步。但医改的现状仍不尽如人意,卫生公平性世界排名倒数。以中国城乡卫生医疗服务公平问题作为研究对象,从供给和需求两个方面对城乡不公平现状进行了分析,并通过对农村卫生医疗服务供给不足的实证分析论证农村卫生医疗服务的不公平。

With the three decades of reform and opening up,Chinese health care system has reformed many times.Although it has made some progress,the current situation can make people feel satisfied.China rank last in the world Health Fair.In this paper,we will research Chinese health care fair of urban and rural and analyze it from supplements and demands.And demonstrate the unfair in the rural health care by the empirical analysis.
