摘要
目的为加强本院重症监护科抗菌药物的使用与管理,探索合理使用抗菌药物的有效途径。方法采用药学服务与行政监督管理相结合的方式,以2009-10～2010-09重症监护科的出院病历158份为干预前组,2010-12～2011-11病历162份为干预后组,对干预前后抗菌药物使用合理性进行对照研究。结果干预后本院重症监护科抗菌药物的临床合理使用水平比干预前明显提高。平均每例患者抗菌药物使用种数由干预前的4.25种降至2.95种(P<0.05);四联用药的比率由5.06%降至1.85%(P<0.05);不合理用药比率由34.18%降至8.64(P<0.05)。结论药学服务与抗菌药物专项整治结合的方式能有效提高医院抗菌药物的临床合理应用水平。
Objective To strengthen the application and managent of antibacterials of intensive care in the hospital,and explore the rational basis for managent intervention.Methods A total of 158 cases discharged from ICU from Octomber 2009 to September 2010 were selected as the control group,and 162 cases from Demember 2010 to November 2011 were selected as the intervention group.The rationality of using antibacterials between the 2 groups was compared by combining pharmaceutical service and supervision.Results After the intervention,the situation of rational antimicrobials application had improved in ICU.The average number of antibacterials used each patient decreased from 4.25 to 2.95（P0.05）in the intervention group;the percentage of combined use 4 antibacterials decreased from 5.06% to 1.85%（P0.05）;the rate of irrational antibacterials use decreased from 34.18% to 8.64%（P0.05）.Conclusion The rational use of antibiotics can be improved by combinition of pharmaceutical service and special regulation of antibiotics.
